SASHA Takacs

I have more that 10+ years of working in Digital Marketing and Web Optimisation. I know what it takes to ensure digital and creative processes are running smoothly and have a positive impact of commercial  growth.


I help brands focus on what matter— CRO, SEO, experimentation, lifecycle/CRM, and paid — stitched into one plan. We set clear hypotheses, test fast, and keep what earns its place.


We can collaborate on the project basis, or as a monthly retainer.

The foundation of my career was built at one of Hungary’s leading creative digital agencies. I grew deep expertise in digital marketing, UX/CRO, and creative concept development, and won tenders for The Coca-Cola Company and Deutsche Telekom. I’m fortunate to collaborate with several former Mito colleagues ever since.

VODAFONE  (VOIS)

Returning to corporate sharpened my transformation skills — unifying internal portals for 30k+ professionals and shifting a 60+ person internal agency from waterfall to agile while serving 100+ global stakeholders.


Our goal at VOIS was to create cost transparency and foster trust and growth for our customers. This is where  I planned and optimized creative workflows for campaign production.


Focus areas: Social, Eloqua/Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, web development, and UX.

Freelance

My first freelance chapter, between Mito and Vodafone. I provided communication and digital strategy across industries, independently and by assembling project teams.


  • Mentored junior account managers at a boutique agency and oversaw activities
  • Created yearly campaigns for the “Bike to Work” initiative
  • Managed an art studio with an international residency program

AIRTHINGS

Played a key role in the shift to agile and async workflows and in forming the Digital Growth Engine (DGE) team. I built and scaled systems that delivered full-funnel optimization and record-breaking direct-channel results, including the largest promotion in company history.


Focus areas: Direct channel SEO, CRM, A/B testing, CRO and UX enhancements, data consolidation, and data-driven experiments for e-commerce growth.
