Telekom Self-care app

Self-care app development is the most technical project I was involved in assisting Technical PMs to bring into life an application that would serve a major role in practically all European countries - to deliver high quality and convenient solutions to customers. The company wanted to create an easy to use, unified mobile platform, which can be used to take care of everyday tasks, like paying bills, checking service statuses or contacting the help desk. The app has been live in five countries (Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia) since mid-2018.
